Hiya!

My name is Sylvia and I am one of the thousands of people addicted to Zumba! I have never been interested in the Gym or any Aeorbics style of class. These type of classes bore me and always feel more like hard work than anything else.

By day I own my own small business www.baabaababies.co.uk.

I first discovered Zumba via a friend sending me a link on facebook! It looked great and just up my street as i love to dance and have been dancing Salsa for a number of years. I decided to find a class in my area and go see for myself what all the hype was about... well i was blown away... Zumba is so much fun, and half the time you forget that your getting fit and burning the pounds while your shaking your bootie.

Anyone and I mean ANYONE can Zumba, no matter what your age, background or fitness level! NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

All my classes run on a pay as you go system, so you can drop in whenever it suits you. Once you join the Zumba party the benefits are massive: You'll feel fit, sleep better, feel better, feel younger, and tone and lose wieght too!

You can't really define Zumba, you have to experience it. So come on down and try it! Bring your friends, sisters, brothers, mum, dad, grandparents... anyone you like... all welcome!

Be warned Zumba is infectious... once you start you won't wish to stop! Come join the party... lets ZUMBA!
